Re-Issuance of West Poplar Workforce Housing RFP

On November 2, 2016 the Philadelphia Land Bank re-issued the West Poplar Workforce Housing RFP. Developers are encouraged to submit competitive proposals to purchase and develop seven publicly-owned properties (vacant lots), located in the West Poplar neighborhood of Philadelphia. The goal of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to facilitate the development of homeownership family-style workforce housing units under the WFH Program. The program is designed to leverage the value of publicly-owned land to create housing opportunities that will be affordable to households with incomes up to 120 percent of the area median income.
